Positions we hire for:
Unarmed Security Officer
You are the presence that keeps a property calm and secure. You control access, patrol the site, document what happens, and call for help when needed. Posts include office buildings, retail centers, construction sites, industrial and gated communities across Metro Detroit. No experience required if you have the right character. We will walk you through all of it.
Armed Security Officer
Same responsibilities, higher standard. Armed posts include banks, credit unions, retail stores and sites where a visible armed presence is part of the client’s plan. You need a valid Michigan CPL and you must meet our firearms qualification and training standards before you are assigned. Armed positions pay more and carry more accountability.
Supervisor / Alarm Response Officer
We want steady people who make good decisions at 2 a.m. without being told what to do. You run posts and people. You cover call-offs, train new officers at the site, and handle the problem before it reaches the client. Supervisors are the reason our officers stay, so we promote from inside whenever we can and we pay for the responsibility. In addition, when a client’s alarm trips, you go. You clear the exterior, determine what set it off, meet police or a keyholder when needed, and document what you found. This work is unpredictable and it matters.
Executive Protection Officer
You work close protection details for clients who need it. Advance work, transportation, event coverage and discretion at all times. Prior law enforcement, military or protective experience carries weight here, and so does judgment. These assignments are selective and you must have prior law enforcement or executive training background to apply. Valid MI CPL or MCOLES certificate required.
What we require for all applicants!
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. The ability to pass a background check and drug screen. A clean, professional appearance and a working phone. Dependability, which in this business means you show up for the shift you accepted.
What we provide:
Weekly pay. Paid on-site training and supervision that continues after your first week. Assignments across Metro Detroit, with shifts that can work around school or a second job. Room to move up, because our supervisors came from our own posts.
